Biography

I enjoy writing about family dynamics, mental health, and intergenerational relationships.

I've been teaching high school English for over two decades. Other than reading and writing, I enjoy spending time with family and exercising before dawn. I love movies and naps. Originally from south Florida, I live with my family in New Jersey.
